These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website rardigital.site and the software applications offered by RAR Digital ("RAR Digital", "we", "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

RAR Digital provides web-based software (SaaS) for personal organization, time management, and productivity, as described in our Software Catalog.

Our services do not constitute medical, psychological, therapeutic, or financial advice, and we do not guarantee any specific personal, professional, clinical, or financial outcome.

You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. You agree to:

• provide accurate information when using or purchasing our services;
• use the services in compliance with applicable laws;
• be responsible for the content you create or store in the applications.

Where a product requires an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@rardigital.site if you suspect unauthorized access.

Access to certain products is offered through recurring subscriptions. The price, billing frequency, and any applicable taxes are presented to you at the time of purchase, before you confirm payment. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, subject to their own terms.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, under the conditions shown at checkout, until cancelled. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support@rardigital.site or through any cancellation option made available in the product. Details are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Refund requests are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, including the seven-day refund period, without prejudice to rights granted by applicable consumer protection law.

All software, designs, trademarks, logos, and content made available by RAR Digital are owned by RAR Digital or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Use of the software is governed by our End User License Agreement. You retain ownership of the content you create in our applications.

You agree not to:

• use the services for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data;
• interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the services;
• copy, resell, or redistribute the services without authorization.

We work to keep our services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update, improve, or modify features. When a change materially affects paid services, we will make reasonable efforts to inform affected users.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RAR Digital shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data, or loss of profits arising from the use of or inability to use the services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including consumer rights.

We may suspend or terminate access to the services if you materially breach these Terms or use the services unlawfully. You may stop using the services at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue amicably. Consumers retain the right to bring claims before the courts of their domicile, as provided by applicable law.
