End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is an agreement between you and RAR Digital for the use of its web applications, including FocusForge, AcousticZen, CogniVault, SyncRoutine, PaceKeeper, and TaskArchitect (the "Software"). By using the Software, you agree to this EULA and our Terms of Service.

Subject to this EULA and any applicable subscription, RAR Digital grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Software for your personal or internal professional purposes.

You may use the Software through the access provided to you, during the term of your subscription, to organize tasks, routines, ideas, and time, as intended by each product.

Unless expressly authorized in writing, you may not:

• copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software;
• sell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the Software or your access;
• reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code, except where permitted by law;
• circumvent security or access controls;
• use the Software for unlawful purposes.

The Software is licensed, not sold. RAR Digital and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Software, including trademarks and copyrights. Content you create remains yours.

You are responsible for your use of the Software, the content you enter, and the security of your access credentials. The Software is an organization and productivity tool and does not provide medical, psychological, therapeutic, or financial advice.

RAR Digital may release updates, fixes, or new versions of the Software. This EULA applies to those updates unless they come with separate terms.

The Software is provided online and its availability may be affected by maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

This license ends when your subscription ends or if you materially breach this EULA. We may suspend access in case of misuse. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind beyond those required by law. Mandatory consumer warranties are not affected.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RAR Digital will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Software. Nothing in this EULA limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

This EULA is governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your place of residence.
